Camel



There are six like creatures in the Camelus family. They are llama, alpaca, guanaco, vicuna, and two most known are Arabian Camel and Bactrian Camel. Arabians camels have only one hump. Bactrian camel has two humps, but the other aimals in Camelus family do not have any humps. Arabian camels are also know for the low fat milk that they produce.
Fully grown adult camel is measured at 6'1 inches in height at the shoulder length. Usually the hump grows out of the body 30 inches. Measuring from the ground up to hump camels are 7 feet and 1 inch. Camels live from 40 to 50 years. Camels can run relatively fast from 40 miles per hour at bursts and on the avarage 25 miles per hour. Camels are used for many purposes: Caravans, Military in the desert, and moving heay things from one place to another.
